In order to enhance the professional skills of our company's employees, and in accordance with the spirit of relevant documents issued by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, with the guidance and support of the local government, the on-site assessment for the independent evaluation of skilled talents at Haimeng was successfully completed on December 1, 2024.

The entire process of this self-evaluation was monitored by video recording. With the joint efforts of the organizational department, workshop directors, and evaluation teachers, the participating employees were assessed fairly and impartially. After the on-site assessment, the qualified personnel will be awarded a professional level certificate and receive rewards upon review by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau.
